Terms and Conditions
1. Seller
Jakub Čamek, company ID (IČO) 64076580, registered office Karlovarská 814/115, 161 00 Praha 6 – Řepy, Czech Republic, sole trader registered in the Czech Trade Register, not a VAT payer. Contact: info@sporttags.eu, +420 777 747 724. These terms govern purchases in the sporttags.eu online shop.
2. Order and conclusion of the contract
The buyer designs the stickers in the configurator (text, font, colours, flag and optionally blood group) and submits the order. The purchase contract is concluded when the order confirmation is sent to the buyer's email. The buyer is responsible for the correctness of the text entered. The on-screen preview is indicative; colours may differ slightly depending on the display.
3. Price and payment
Prices shown are final; the seller is not a VAT payer. Payment is made in advance by bank transfer using the details in the order confirmation (IBAN, reference). The price must be paid within 7 days of the order, otherwise the seller will cancel the order. Shipping: letter within the Czech Republic CZK 39, abroad CZK 59 / €2.40; Packeta (pickup point or Z-BOX) Czech Republic CZK 89, Slovakia €4.90. Shipping is free for orders from CZK 800 / €32.
4. Production and delivery
Stickers are made to order. Production starts once the payment is received, and we usually dispatch the order within 5 working days of receiving the payment, by standard letter or via Packeta as chosen by the buyer. Usual delivery time is 1–3 days in the Czech Republic and 4–10 days elsewhere in the EU. Standard letters are sent without tracking or insurance; the seller is not liable for the loss of a standard letter in the post. Buyers who want tracking choose Packeta.
5. Right of withdrawal
The stickers are goods made to the buyer's specifications and clearly personalised. The 14-day right of withdrawal therefore does not apply (Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU; § 1837(d) of the Czech Civil Code). We will correct a mistake in the order text free of charge if the buyer tells us before production starts, i.e. before the payment is received.
6. Complaints (defective goods)
The buyer has statutory rights for defective goods for 24 months from receipt. To make a complaint, simply email info@sporttags.eu with the order number and a photo of the defect. We will settle a justified complaint by sending a new set free of charge or by refunding the price, within 30 days at the latest. Normal wear and tear and damage caused by applying the sticker to an unsuitable surface (greasy, wet, dusty or uneven) are not defects.

8. Out-of-court dispute resolution
Consumers may submit a dispute to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI), Štěpánská 15, 120 00 Prague 2, adr.coi.cz. Consumers from other EU countries can also contact the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net). Supervision is carried out by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority.
9. Final provisions
The contract is governed by Czech law. Consumers residing in another EU country do not lose the protection granted to them by the mandatory provisions of the law of that country. The contract is concluded in Czech, English or German depending on the language of the order. These terms are valid from 13 October 2026.
