What data we process and why

• Order: name, delivery address, email, order contents and payment details (amount, reference). Purpose: processing the order and communicating about it. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Sticker text (usually a name and a flag). Purpose: production. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• Blood group, if you choose it for your sticker. This is health data (a special category of personal data), so we only process it based on your explicit consent, given by ticking the box in the order (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time by email; stickers already produced cannot be changed.
• Accounting records. Purpose: legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Who receives the data

• Sticker manufacturer (print shop in the Czech Republic) – only the text, design and blood group if chosen.
• Cloudflare, Inc. – website hosting and order storage.
• FORPSI (INTERNET CZ, a.s.) – mailbox and sending emails.
• Česká pošta (Czech Post) – delivery (name and address).
• Packeta Czech Republic s.r.o. – delivery to a pickup point (name, email, phone), only if you choose Packeta.
• The seller's bank – receiving the payment.
• Google (Google Fonts) and jsDelivr – loading fonts and the QR code library; your IP address is transmitted to them when the page loads.

Some providers (Cloudflare, Google, jsDelivr) may process data outside the EU; transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep data

Order data for the duration of the order and the warranty period (24 months from delivery); accounting records for 10 years as required by law. We delete the blood group from the order within 30 days of dispatch.

Cookies and browser storage

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. It only stores what is necessary for it to work in your browser's storage (localStorage): cart contents, chosen language and currency and the payment details of your last order. This data does not leave your device and you can delete it in your browser settings at any time. We measure traffic with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies, stores nothing on your device and does not track individual visitors; we only see aggregate numbers (visits, pages, countries, device type). If we ever add advertising or other tracking tools, we will ask for your consent first.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. You can withdraw consent at any time. Just write to info@sporttags.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (uoou.gov.cz) or the authority in your country.
